The 55 children in our 5 preschool programs here at Main Street Preschool enjoy a combination of education and physical exercise along with activities that build awareness and pique their curiosity to explore.
Our Location
Our facility is located within the Tipp City United Methodist Church at the corner of Main and South 3rd Streets in Downtown Tipp City, Ohio.
In addition to classroom instruction, our preschool location also allows us the ability to work with the children in a kitchen setting that helps us to educate them about safety around sharp or dangerous items as well as cooking areas that may be hot or cold. Our bathrooms help us to instruct in washing hands as well as how to wait patiently in line. One of the children’s most favorite areas is our indoor gymnasium that we use year round and where children build gross motor skills and exercise and play.
Field Trips
Main Street Preschool is not only about learning and playing inside, but also outside. Our facility now boasts a brand new outdoor garden area that safely provides the children with many types of flora and fauna to explore. From gardening, to ecology to the study of plants and wiggly worms, the outdoor garden is a great place to explore.
Pre-K Program
At Main Street Preschool, our Pre-K program provides an opportunity for each child to express himself or herself in a fun and caring environment while learning the skills and knowledge for kindergarten readiness.
Our goal is to prepare your child to successfully enter kindergarten.
